After a very positive experience working with peers in the Marketing Research industry, Jeanne Eidex decided that the time was right to utilize her special blend of geeky programming skills, rigid quality control standards, creativity, and experience to follow her dream of opening a boutique style marketing research firm. Soon, her peers began to learn of this enterprise and Eidex’s new business line rang for the first time bringing a small project from a utility company.

Eidex gave her business a name that reflected her special focus on data processing services. The company was named CyberAnalysis and her logo used to look like this:

Then one day, a large client on Wall Street, said they would like to send more and more business to Eidex, so, the company grew again to encompass a broader range of services and to provide more staff to help this and other important clients.

After careful consideration, the company name was changed to The Eidex Group to reflect our growing numbers and service offerings. Our logo design process went something like this:

Today, after more than 500 marketing research projects and 10 years in business, the geeky programmer who considers quality control to be a top priority is still at your service. Clients consider TEG a valued member of their team and we appreciate them in return. In fact, the utility company client who called for the first time, so long ago, is still with us today.
